Before you start
Is the Time Audit really free?
Yes. Three minutes, no call and no card. You see your number on screen straight away, along with the first three jobs worth handing over.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Everything is in plain English, and the work happens on screen with you, so you understand what's been built and why.
Is this training, or do you build it?
Both. We build it together on screen, and you and your team learn how it works as we go, so you can run it without me.
We already pay for Copilot or ChatGPT. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Most businesses I work with already have one. We start with what you pay for and set it up properly before adding anything new.
How long does it take?
The audit takes three minutes. A Blueprint is a form, a 90-minute call and about five days. Building and automating runs over roughly 90 days, at a pace that fits round the business.
What does it cost?
The audit is free. The Blueprint has a fixed price, shown with your audit result. Anything after that is agreed once we both know what's worth doing.
Do you work with businesses like mine?
I work with owner-run service businesses: clinics, trades, communications and professional services. If your week is full of repeatable work, it's worth three minutes to find out.
Do we need to be local?
No. I'm based in West Yorkshire and work across the UK, on screen, or in person where it helps.
What if I'd rather run it myself?
